Ingredient that we needed :
4 ounces uncooked whole Wheat Spaghetti
2 Tablespoon plus,1/2 cup Olive oil
6 cups Cubed Brown bread
1/3 cup vinegar
1 Teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground paper
2 Medium sweet yellow or orange pepper chopped
1/2 cup Pitted Greek olives
150gm chopped Paneer into cubes
8 ounces Feta or Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese cut into cubes
1). Cook Spaghetti in a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat add brown bread cubes, cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until roasted remove from heat.
2). In a large bowl, whisk vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and remaining oil until blended and tomatoes, peppers, olives, paneer ;Toss lightly.
3).Drain Spaghetti and add to tomatoes mixture. Add toasted bread cubes and cheese; toss to combine, and serve Immediately.
